Our Story

Our firm was formed in 1994 by founding partners David Sanchez and Richard S. Amador. We have earned a national reputation for excellence and client advocacy, representing Fortune 500 companies and other institutional clients across the technology, financial services, manufacturing, logistics, retail, and food service sectors. The firm and its attorneys have received numerous awards and recognitions for superior client service from state and national organizations.

We are a certified 100% minority-owned firm and more than half our partners are women. Our attorneys have graduated from some of the finest law schools in the country, most have large law firm experience, and many of our current and former attorneys in-house experience. SA&R alumni have gone on to hold senior in-house positions, serve on the bench, establish their own practices, and pursue careers outside the law.
